The C2Care environments allow you to recreate the insects feared by the patient and gradually integrate them during the sessions. The practitioner adjusts the number, size and proximity of these insects according to the patient's progress.
In the environment dedicated to spiders, the patient can be exposed to a single individual enclosed under a glass bell, then to dozens of spiders of varying sizes. In environments linked to bees, wasps and hornets, the exposure combines visual and sound stimuli reproducing the presence of these flying insects.
These situations can be repeated and gradually integrated into the practitioner's protocol in order to work with the patient on catastrophic thoughts and anxiety reactions associated with these insects.
